Its an early Christmas for all you Gleeks out there! Last year during the holiday season, the kids from Fox’s musical smash lamented that “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” and wished us a “Merry Christmas Darling.”

This year, the McKinley High students are back with more yuletide classics: The entire album, Glee: The Music, The Christmas Album Volume 2, will be available for purchase next Tuesday, Nov. 15 but you can preorder now at Amazon.

The whole thing kicks off with a little tribute to Mariah Carey, as Amber Riley’s Mercedes sings Mimi’s holiday classic “All I Want For Christmas Is You.” Also there: Naya Rivera’s Santana lending her sexy vocals to “Santa Baby” and Darren Criss’ Blaine and Chris Colfer’s Kurt doing “Let It Snowm” in the vein of their holiday duet last year, “Baby, It’s Cold Outside.” New kid on the block Damian McGinty even contributes with his character, exchange student Rory, singing “Blue Christmas.”

“Glee” returned from a month of baseball-imposed exile, suffering a 19 percent downturn from its last original airing with a 2.9/8 in the demo and 7.4 million total viewers. The recently launched series “New Girl” at 9 was also down 19 percent, dropping to a 3.5/9 and 7.5 million total viewers. “Raising Hope” rounded out the network’s night of declines, dropping 14 percent to a 2.5/6 and 5.4 million total viewers. Fox notes that its programming almost always posts declines after baseball and expects its lineup to return to “normal” in a few weeks.

The song will mark the show’s 300th musical performance, a feat that 20th Century Fox Television chairman Dana Walden, Columbia Records topper Rob Stringer as well as the cast and crew celebrated Wednesday on the show’s Hollywood set.

“This milestone is almost overshadowed by the fact that Glee has now sold more than 35 million downloads and has more Billboard-topping hits than James Brown, Elvis Presley and the Beatles — basically more than any musical act in history,” Walden said Wednesday in front of cast, crew and reporters following filming of the mash-up. “[With] more than 11 million albums sold worldwide, [Glee] is truly a phenomenon when you consider that this group has done all of that.”
